How it works

1. Write the cluesAnswers are 3–15 letters: names, places, nicknames, inside jokes. Clues up to 90 characters. English or Spanish (accents and Ñ handled).

2. Watch it buildThe grid re-draws live as you type. Every answer crosses another, numbered like a newspaper puzzle. Pick a colour theme and size.

3. Approve and orderClick "Approve this design" to get a 6-letter design code, then check out. Your code is pre-filled; the poster prints exactly as previewed. The answer key arrives by email.

Questions

What if a word doesn't fit?

Our builder tries hundreds of layouts. If one answer shares no letters with the others, we tell you which one to swap. In testing, 16 random names and places connect into one grid more than 99% of the time.

Can I see it before I pay?

Yes — the preview is the print file, rendered at a lower resolution. What you approve is what ships. Please check spelling: the poster prints your text exactly as typed.

How long does it take?

The lab prints within 1–3 business days (framed: up to 4) and ships with tracking. Most US addresses receive their poster within 7–10 days of ordering. Order by December 12 for Christmas.

Refunds and reprints

Because every poster is made for you, approved designs are final. If the print arrives damaged or with a print defect, send a photo within 14 days and we reprint it free. Typos in your own text are not covered — the preview exists for that reason.

Where is the answer key?

Emailed to you as a PDF with your order confirmation, so the recipient can't peek.

Is my text private?

Your design is stored under a random code for 60 days so we can print it. We never publish or reuse it. See the privacy policy.
