What you are buying

A made-to-order poster (or PDF) generated from the text you entered and approved in our builder. The preview you approve is the print file. Sizes are nominal (12×16 in, 18×24 in); the framed option uses a black wood frame with perspex glazing and no mount.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the names and text you enter and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain hateful or unlawful content. We may decline to print a design (with a full refund) if it does. Designs containing brand names, song lyrics or other third-party material may be held for review.

Refunds and reprints

Approved designs are final. Because every poster is printed for you, we cannot accept returns or refund orders for typos, changes of mind, or layout preferences that were visible in the preview.

Print defects and damage are on us. If your poster arrives damaged, misprinted, with colours clearly different from the preview, or does not arrive at all within 21 days of the shipping notice, email hello@clueandgrid.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will reprint and reship it free of charge (or refund if a reprint is not possible).

Before production. If you contact us before the order reaches the print lab (usually within a few hours of purchase) we will cancel and refund it in full.

Shipping

US addresses only. Posters ship rolled in a tube; framed prints ship boxed. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after ordering; holiday periods take longer. Tracking is emailed when the lab ships.

Payments

Payments are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which appears on your statement and handles sales tax. Prices are in US dollars.
